FOUNDER
Šárka founded Opletalová & Partners to offer you professional collaboration in sourcing new employees for specialized and expert positions. She has been active in external recruitment and related HR services for several decades.
Šárka has known the "recruitment craft" since childhood, dating back to 1991. Her family was instrumental in establishing one of the largest global personnel agencies in the Czech Republic. She brings extensive experience in building teams for large-scale recruitment projects as well as in sourcing specialized individuals both in the Czech Republic and international markets.
